Orphéon was once one of the crucial bars, filled with joyful effervescence, where the three founders of the nearby Diptyque boutique liked to meet. Nowadays, paying tribute to this era and creative friendships, the bar is immortalized within the olfactory portrait of Orphéon. Curls of tobacco smoke mingle with powdery trails of blush lingering on burnished wood. On the heart of the composition is the atmosphere of that unforgettable place, recognizable through the warmth of tonka bean, the depth of cedar, and the vivacity of juniper berries. The iconic oval label is deeply rooted in Diptyque’s story. The thread of inspiration runs from ancient Rome to the fabric designs created throughout the early days of the Diptyque adventure.
